Searching for an item class

In Loyalty, you may wish to search for an item class to identify how many items are in each class. 

1. Open Loyalty > Loyalty Admin > Cinema > Item Classes.
2. Select or enter search criteria in at least two of the search fields.
   You may enter partial information into the fields. The search will return results that start with the partial information.

   For example: Entering ic into the Name field will find the item class Ice Cream, but not Tickets.

3. Click search.
   A list of matching item classes appears. A maximum of 50 records is displayed. If the item class you are searching for does not appear in the first 50 results, try entering additional search criteria to narrow the search further.
4. In the result list, click on the item class whose details you want to view.
