You can configure Loyalty to only request the Customer Rating Types that are useful to your business.
Example: You may want film and trailer ratings, but not food or experience ratings.
You can also configure a particular Customer Rating Type to collect Star Ratings (or Like/Dislike ratings, in the case of trailers), Comments, or both.
Note: The Customer Rating Type Trailers represents trailers viewed on self-service sales channels such as Kiosk, Vista Mobile, and Vista Web. Session Trailers represents trailers viewed at the beginning of a session. These Customer Rating Types can be configured separately.
Add or modify a container from Loyalty Admin > Configuration > Customer Rating Types.
Allows patrons to leave a rating for this Customer Rating Type.
If the Customer Rating Type is Trailer or Session Trailer, patrons will be able to leave a Like/Dislike rating. For all other Customer Rating Types, patrons will be able to leave a 1–10 Star Rating.
Allows patrons to leave a comment for this Customer Rating Type.
Example: If the Customer Rating Type is Experience, a patron might leave a comment like, 'The person behind the counter was friendly, but the toilets were in a terrible mess.'
