Creating a Balance Type Override

1. Go to Loyalty Manager > Loyalty Admin > Campaigns > Balance Types.
2. Click the balance type that you want to override.
3. In the Add/Modify Balance Type screen, click one of the Show Balance Type Override Settings buttons, depending on whether you want to configure an earning override or a redemption override.
4. Select a value in one or more of the filter fields, and then click Add New Balance Type Override.
5. Enter the details of your override.
6. Click Close.
7. Click Save.
