Searching for an item

In Loyalty, you may wish to search for a specific item.

1. Open Loyalty > Loyalty Admin > Cinema > Items.
2. Select or enter search criteria in at least two of the search fields.
   You may enter partial information into the fields. The search will return results that start with the partial information.

   For example: Entering ic into the Name field will find the item class Ice Cream, but not Tickets.

3. Click search.
   A list of matching items appears. A maximum of 50 records is displayed. If the item you are searching for does not appear in the first 50 results, try entering additional search criteria to narrow the search further.
4. In the result list, click on the item whose details you want to view.
