A unique number generated by Loyalty when a Person record is created.

Alternate Name

The name of a parent or guardian whose child is a member of a Loyalty club.

Determines the actions a person may perform in Loyalty.

For example: If you select Customer Service, the person may only be able to access the Customer Service portal, and perform actions related to that role.

This field will be read-only if the Person is a Member.

More Person Types can be configured.

The first page that will appear when the Person logs in to Loyalty Admin.

For example: cognetic|Members|members|main

Note:

The first item, cognetic (lower case c), must always be included in the menu cascade.

The second item (capitalised) is the main page category.

The third item (lower case) is the sub-page.

The fourth item, main (lower case), refers to the main list page.

If this checkbox is selected, the Person record will not appear in Loyalty queries.

Creation Date

The date and time the Person recorded was created.

Last Change Date

The date on which the last change to the Person record was made.

Age In Days At Creation Date

The age of the person in days on the date the Person record was created.

Age In Years At Creation Date

The age of the person in years at the date the Person record was created.

Externalid

A member ID that has been imported from a previous third-party loyalty system.

User Access

Determines which sections and sub-pages in Loyalty Admin will be available to the Person when they log in.

Indicates whether the Person would prefer to receive emails that contain elements such as images, colours, and clickable text, or just basic text.

The date marking the anniversary of the Person's marriage/partnership.

The cinema site that the Person prefers to attend films at.

Special Requirements

Any special requirements the Person has communicated that might be useful from a customer service point of view.

For example: Allergic to dairy.

National ID

The Person's national ID, passport number, or other identifier.
