Add or modify a prohibited PIN from Loyalty Admin > Configuration > Prohibited PINs.

| Pin Number | 1–10 digits | When the Loyalty Admin system setting ForceStrongPinNumbers is set to Yes, Loyalty prevents PINs that consist of sequences or the same digit (for example: 1234 or 1111) from being used. Here, you can add other (non-sequence, non-same-digit) PINs that you want to prevent patrons from using. |
