Add/Modify Time Zone – Help Centre

Add or modify a time zone from Loyalty Admin > Configuration > Time Zones.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Name	Alphanumeric value	Name of the time zone
Code	Alphanumeric value	Time zone code For example: PDT
Custom Time Zone	selected cleared	Shows whether this is a custom time zone that you have created. Enables the UTC Offset (Hours) field.
Standard Time	List of time zones	Time zone.
UTC Offset (Hours)	Numeric value	Number of hours difference from Coordinated Universal Time. Enabled when Custom Time Zone is selected.
