In Loyalty, the fields available on the Customer Service sign-up page can be hidden or made mandatory.
- In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Admin > Configuration > Page Fields.
- In the Customer Service - Members section's Display column, select the fields that you want to appear on the Customer Service - Member's page.
- In the Customer Service - Members section's Mandatory column, select the fields that you want to be made mandatory during sign-up. Mandatory fields cannot be left blank by the customer service representative signing up the member.
