Header section
This section is always displayed, for all notifications.

Section 1 Recipients
This section is displayed for push notifications.

Time To Send |

Determines when the push notification will be sent, depending on the Notification Type: Date Based: the date and time at which you want the push notification to be sent. Session Start or Session End: the number of days, hours, or minutes before the session starts, or after it ends, that you want the notification to be sent. Recognition Expiry: the number of days, hours, or minutes before the Recognition expires that you want the notification to be sent. Points Expiry: the number of days, hours, or minutes before the points expire that you want the notification to be sent. Note: Recognitions and points expire at midnight, so set the Time to Send for Recognition Expiry or Points Expiry accordingly. For example: If you want to notify patrons at 9am on the day of expiry that a Recognition is going to expire at midnight, set Hours to 15. |

Section 2 Push Data
This section is displayed for push notifications.

The Recognition you want to display if a patron taps the notification. For example: Free small popcorn with any regular-size drink. This field is required if Action Required is set to Open Recognition. However, if Notification Type is set to Recognition Expiry, you will not need to specify a Recognition here, as it will be inferred. |

The URL you want to display when a patron taps the push notification. This field is required if Action Required is set to Open URL. |
Section 3 Loyalty Message
This section is displayed for push notifications.
