Enter an amount of points to be added to the selected Balance Type when the level reward is awarded.

If the checkbox is selected, the selected Balance Type will be cleared when the level reward is awarded.

Note: If the checkbox is selected, the Balance field cannot be used to award points with the level reward.

Balance Type

Any configured balance type

The balance type to add points to or clear the balance of when the level reward is awarded.

When a balance type is selected, text will be displayed below the dropdown indicating the number of decimal places that can be entered in the Balance field.

Recognition

Any manually selected recognition

The recognition given to members when the level reward is awarded.

For example: Free ice cream, Free large popcorn

Note: Only recognitions configured as Manually selected recognitions are available.

Quantity

Any number

The number of the recognition given to members when the level reward is awarded.

Expiry Period

Any number

Determines how long the recognition is available for after the level reward is awarded, based on the selected Expiry Period Unit.

For example: 7 Days, 1 Week

Year

The calendar unit used to determine how long the recognition is available for after the level reward is awarded, in conjunction with the Expiry Period.
