Use this form to view the stock details of a selected Item.

Item	Any configured Concession Item	The Item for which the stock details are to be displayed.
Class	n/a	The Item Class, as configured in Bulk Items.
Type	n/a	The Item Type, as configured in Bulk Items.
Cost Price	n/a	The Standard Cost, as configured on the Pricing tab of Bulk Items. Note: The system setting CostModeConcessions determines whether this price represents a tax-inclusive or exclusive value.
Retail Price	n/a	The Retail Price, as configured on the Pricing tab of Bulk Items. Note: The system setting PriceModeConcessions determines whether this price represents a tax-inclusive or exclusive value.
%Cost	n/a	The Cost Price as a percentage of the Retail Price. This is automatically calculated.
Base UOM	n/a	The Base Unit, as configured on the Stock Details tab of Bulk Items.
Selling UOM	n/a	The Selling Unit, as configured on the Stock Details tab of Bulk Items.
Conversion	n/a	The factor converting the Base Unit to the Selling Unit, as configured on the Stock Details tab of Bulk Items.
Stock 1 UOM	n/a	The Stock 1 Unit, as configured on the Stock Details tab of Bulk Items.
Conversion	n/a	The factor converting the Base Unit to the Stock 1 Unit, as configured on the Stock Details tab of Bulk Items.

Stock details grid

Option	Description
Stock Location	Each Stock Location containing the selected Item will be listed in the grid. The information is based on stocktake data. The final row in the grid always displays the totals.
Inventory	The value of the inventory at the corresponding Stock Location.

Days Cover	The number of days for which the current stock level of the Item will provide sufficient coverage in the corresponding Stock Location.

If the selected Item is a recipe, a second grid will appear in the form. This grid contains stock details for the component items in the recipe.

Option	Description
Component	The component number to identify the Item.
Description	The Unit Of Measure of the Component Item.
UOM	The name of the Component Item.
Recipe	The amount of the Component Item (in it's UOM) used in the Recipe.
Available	The amount of the Component Item (in it's UOM) currently available, based on current stock levels.
Quantity available from component stock	The number of completed recipe items that can be made, based on the current stock level of the component items. This is automatically calculated.
