In Loyalty, you can use the Bulk Cards screen to quickly create records of membership cards.
This screen is used to enter the details of cards received from a supplier into the Loyalty system.

Steps

1. In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Admin >Members > Bulk Cards.
2. Click Add New Record.
3. Enter the details of the bulk cards. For more information, see Add/Modify Bulk Card.
4. Click either Save Details or Create Cards:
   • Save Details: Stores the entered details without creating any card records (for example, if you want to create the cards later).
   • Create Cards: Create records for each card in the range using the entered data.

   If the Create cards and members option is selected, the Create Cards button is labelled Create Cards and Members instead. Clicking this button will create records for each card in the range, and also create a membership associated with each card.
