A How Heard About describes the way a new member discovered your loyalty programme. This information is requested when the membership is activated.

Adding a How Heard About

1. Go to Loyalty Admin > Demographics > How Heard Abouts.
2. Click Add New Record.
3. Enter the details of the new "How Heard About".
4. Save.
