Selecting options in bulk combos and packages at POS – Help Centre

When buying a large number of items with Options, a keypad is available to easily select the number of each option.

For example: A group may order 5 medium drinks, 3 cokes, 1 Fanta and 1 sprite.

On the Concessions Tab, select a the parent item you wish to order.
For example: The Drink Medium item may have options for each flavour.

The Options screen will appear.
Use the keypad to enter the number of the item that you wish to order.
Select the option that you wish to order.
For example: Entering 3 and selecting Medium Coke will add 3 Drink (Medium) items with the Coke (Medium) option to the order window.

Note: To just add one item, you can select the desired option without entering a number in the keypad.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for other options that you wish to order.
For example: 1 Medium Fanta and 1 Medium Sprite .
Press the Exit button to return to the Concessions Tab.

The keypad can also be used when ordering large number of Combos/Item Packages which contain items with options.

For example: A group may order 5 combos each containing a popcorn and a medium drink.

Select the Multi POS button.
On the Concessions Tab, select the combo you wish to order.
The Multi-Concessions window will appear.
Enter the number of combos you wish to order and press the Enter button.
For example: 5

5 combos will be added to the Order Window, and the Options screen will appear.
Use the keypad to enter the number of the option you wish to add to the combos.
Select the options that you wish to add to the combos.
For example: 3 Medium Coke, 1 Medium Fanta and 1 Medium Sprite

Note: To just add one item, you can select the desired option without entering a number in the keypad.

The text below the keypad indicates how many combos you have selected options for, and how many are remaining.
Once all combos have had their options assigned, the Options window will close and return to the Concessions Tab automatically.
