In Loyalty, you can add new contact methods to store non-traditional addresses. For example, you may create contact methods to store members' instant messaging addresses.

After a contact method has been created, each member's address for that method can be stored from the Add/Modify Member page.

Steps

1. In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Admin > Members > Contact Methods.
2. Click Add New Record.
3. Enter the details of the contact method.
4. Click Save Contact Method.
