In Loyalty, you can add new contact methods to store non-traditional addresses. For example, you may create contact methods to store members' instant messaging addresses.
After a contact method has been created, each member's address for that method can be stored from the Add/Modify Member page.
- In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Admin > Members > Contact Methods.
- Click Add New Record.
- Enter the details of the contact method.
- Click Save Contact Method.
