In Loyalty, you can manually add transactions in cases where a transaction wasn't automatically recorded recorded.

Steps

1. In Loyalty, got to Loyalty Admin > Members > Manual Transactions.
2. Enter the details of the transaction. For more information, see Manual Transactions page.
3. Click Save Manual Transaction.
