Use the Members page to filter and search for specific loyalty members.

Steps

1. In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Admin > Members > Members.
2. Select or enter search criteria in at least two of the search fields.

   You may enter partial information into the fields. The search will return results that start with the partial information.

   Example: Entering al into the First Name field will find the members Alice and Allen, but not Caleb.

3. Click search.

   A list of matching members appears. A maximum of 50 records is displayed.

   Tip: If the member you are searching for does not appear in the first 50 results, try entering additional search criteria to narrow the search further.

4. In the result list, click on the name of the member whose details you want to view.
