Loyalty members

A member is an individual who is subscribed to a Loyalty program.

A membership is an entity that represents a person's enrolment in a club. A membership allows a customer to be issued with a card and to begin earning points and rewards for the associated club.

When a non-member performs a transaction in your mobile app and supplies their basic contact details, Loyalty creates an anonymous member record. You can identify anonymous member records by a label displayed on records in the Add/Modify Member and Add/Modify Person pages.

Note: Loyalty never displays the entire list of members at once because your organisation could potentially have thousands of membership records. To access a membership record, you must enter some parameters to narrow down the list of records that you want to examine. For instructions, see Searching for a loyalty member.
