Assign a Media Set to a Film

You can assign a Media Set to a Film so that POS can automatically display an image of the appropriate size. There are a few different ways to link a media set to a film:

• Go to Head Office Manager or Cinema Manager > Maintenance > Films > Media tab and select a media set.
  
  • Click the folder icon to see details about the selected media set and to edit it.
  • Click the magnifying glass icon to search for additional media sets.
• Go to Head Office Manager or Cinema Manager > Maintenance > Media Library. Search for a media set or create a new one, and then go to the Links tab to assign the media set to a film.

Note: A media set can be linked to multiple films and items, but each film can have only one media set associated with it.
