Fund Location form – Help Centre

Use this form to create a fund location. Fund locations usually correspond to the physical locations in which the funds are stored.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Name	1–50 characters	The name of the Fund Location.
Active	cleared selected	If the checkbox is selected, the Fund Location will become active and displayed on the CashDesk screen. Note: Also depends on CashDesk settings concerning displaying only active funds and locations.
Accept Deposits Only	cleared selected	If the checkbox is selected, Funds within this Fund Location will only accept incoming transactions, not withdrawals.
Default Deposit Location	cleared selected	If the checkbox is selected, this will be the Fund Location location for new Funds created by the deposit process.
Allow New Funds	cleared selected	If the checkbox is selected, new funds can be added to this location.
Allow Fund Updates	cleared selected	If the checkbox is selected, more value can be added to this location.
System	cleared selected	This field is display only and is maintained by Vista.
Allow Fund Dispatch	cleared selected	If the checkbox is selected, Funds can be dispatched from the Fund Location.
