Use Loyalty to accept membership payments. Membership payments are typically received either:
- when a membership is first created
- at regular intervals to renew the membership
Membership payments extend the membership expiry date.
Steps
- In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Admin > Members > Members and search for the member you want to accept a membership payment from. For instructions, see Searching for a loyalty member.
- On the Add/Modify Member screen, click Process Payment.
- Enter the payment details. For more information, see Membership Payments.
- Click Save Membership Payment.
