This button takes the user back to the Find Booking window, allowing the operator to locate another booking.

Bookings not Paid

This button displays all unpaid bookings that have been made for the movie session that has been chosen. It toggles with the Display All Bookings button.

Collect Concessions

Press this button to indicate that the customer has collected the concession booking. A receipt or food voucher will be printed if necessary.

Customer Receipt

Press this button to produce a customer receipt when tickets are printed. The button will change colour to indicate that a receipt will print with the tickets. Push it again to turn this off.

Delete Booking

This button deletes the highlighted booking. This function requires a security override and users will be asked for their user ID and PIN.

Display All Bookings

This button displays all bookings (both paid and unpaid) that have been made for the movie session that has been chosen. It toggles with the Bookings Not Paid button.

Exit

This button escapes from the Booking screen and returns to either the Alternate Ticket screen or the Main screen depending on where the bookings screen was activated from.

Produce Tickets

This button is available and used to print tickets for a paid booking when it is selected.

Release Bookings

This button is used to Release Bookings that are close to the start of a session. This function requires a security override and the operator will be asked to enter a User ID and PIN.

Select

This button is used to select an unpaid booking and load it into the order panel on the Tickets screen. From there, the booking can be paid for. The tickets can be printed at this time or the booking can be retained as a paid booking.

Swap

This button loads the selected booking into the order panel on the Tickets screen and allows the operator to change the session and ticket types on individual tickets within the booking.
