Selling an alternative ticket type at POS

Additional ticket types are available in the Alternative Tickets screen. Alternative tickets are less commonly used than the tickets available on the Main screen.

1. Click the Sessions Film Name to display the Alternative Ticket Screen.
2. Select a ticket type by scrolling and selecting OR select a ticket type by searching for a ticket type.
3. Press the Exit button once all alternative ticket types are selected.
4. Press the Payment button or select normal ticket types and concessions then press the Payment button.
5. Complete the payment process.
