Viewing packages in orders at POS

Concessions and tickets may be available in a package. A package contains several items including tickets and concessions. If a package is sold, the Order Window will display a regular sales line as well as a package dropdown box on top of the line.

The Package dropdown box lists all the items in the package as well as the quantity of each item.

For ticket packages, the package dropdown will list the different ticket types in the package.

The quantity of each ticket type is also displayed in the dropdown. No further selection will be required if no concessions with options are included.

Ticket packages may contain concessions that have options. There may also be features present within the options of the package.

When the package is selected, the first item on the list that has options will prompt for a selection. Once all options and features for the first item are selected, the next items options will be prompted. As Options are selected, the dropdown box will show the options selected in place of the parent item name. Features will show in the dropdown box as well as separate order lines in the Order Window, this is because features contain extra charges.

To complete the order, all concessions with options must be selected in the package dropdown.
