This report displays information about tickets purchased for the date period selected that will be used for sessions in the future. Tickets are divided by films under their respective distributors.

Tip: A summarised value of advanced sales is found in the Daily Box Office Report. This information is often of interest to film programming, marketing and film distributors.

This report details the advanced sales to films showing. The report breaks the sales down to the number of ticket sales and vouchers redeemed for a film to be viewed in the future (ie, outside of the date range selected). A Gross, Net and Tax figure is calculated for each film. Totals of these fields are calculated for each Distributor. The Grand Total sums the total number of advanced sales and comps issued for all Distributors and their tax and gross and net revenue.

• This report only includes films which generated advanced sales.
• The report has total advanced sales (numbers and revenue generated) for each Distributor as well as a sum of all advances sales.
• Comps are included.
• Redemptions refers to tickets acquired for the future by redeeming a voucher not the purchase of vouchers.

This report is closely related to the Detailed Prior Sales Report.
