As Cost Prices for Items can fluctuate, your cinema may wish to be able to change the cost price from the default Base Item Cost (as defined in Bulk Items).
Using the System Setting, StockReceiptsDefaultCost, Stock Receipt can default the item cost price to the Last Cost entered in the Stock Receipt grid, the Weighted Average Cost, or Base Item Cost. This determines the item cost price default that will be displayed when entering a Stock Receipt for an item.
Users can select the appropriate item cost price when adding items to the Stock Receipt grid from the
- Use Item Cost button in the Stock Receipt ribbon.
- Go to Cinema Manager > Maintenance > System Settings.
- Select the category STOCK.
- Click OK.
- Double click the System Setting StockReceiptsDefaultCost and choose the appropriate option.
- Click Save.
