The KPI Performance by Operator report lists POS sessions (within a date range) alongside up to three KPI statistics.
Report Prompts
Prompt | Description |
Date Range |
The date range that the report will cover. The report can be generated for a period covering up to one hour before the current time. |
Workstation Group |
Limits the POS sessions listed in the report to those belonging to the selected Workstation Group. |
User |
Limits the POS sessions listed into the report to those of the selected user. |
First KPI to Display |
The first of the three KPIs to list on the report. |
Second KPI to Display |
The second of the three KPIs to list on the report. |
Third KPI to Display |
The third of the three KPIs to list on the report. |
Order By |
Determines which KPI is used to sort the report. |
Order Ascending or Descending |
Determines whether sort order of the KPI chosen in the Order By prompt. |
