This report shows the number of tickets sold and revenue generated by ticket type. These reports do not include tickets which generated no sales within the chosen report period.
Ticket type admits and Box Office amounts are displayed for each time zone. Total amounts are shown for each time zone and percentages are also shown to analyse the performance of each time zone.
Note: This report is accessed with the Ticket type by day: split shift report.

Business Date |
Displays information from 6:00am of the selected day to 6:00am of the following day. |

Cinema |
For cinema complexes that operate more than one cinema, users have the option of running the report for a single cinema, rather than the entire cinema complex. In this case only sales data for the selected cinema will be calculated and displayed. |

Ticket Type |
The name of the ticket that has been sold. This is entered in Back Office Ticket Type Maintenance. |

Time of Time Zone |
The time zone times are displayed at the top of each section. |

Paid Admit |
All voucher redemptions and ticket sales made in the date period selected. Comps are not included. |

Net Box Office (NBO) |
The Net revenue received from ticket sales and redemptions for the date period selected. This is the Gross Box Office minus any tax incurred on the transactions. Comps are not included in this figure. |

Total Paid |
The totals of paid admissions ie. ticket sales and voucher redemptions for each time zone. |
|
Comps |
The number of comp tickets used in each time zone. |
|
Total |
The combined total of all admissions (ticket sales, voucher redemptions and comps). |
|
% of the Day |
The percentage of total admits (paid and unpaid) that each time period accounts for of the total admissions during the selected business day. |
