Business Date

Displays information from 6:00am of the selected day to 6:00am of the following day.

Cinema

For cinema complexes that operate more than one cinema, users have the option of running the report for a single cinema, rather than the entire cinema complex. In this case only sales data for the selected cinema will be calculated and displayed.

Day Shift/Night Shift

The period of time covered by the shift. By default this is 6.00 am to 5:59 pm for the Day shift and 6:00pm to 5:59am.

Paid Admit

All voucher redemptions and ticket sales made in the shift selected. Comps are not included.

Net Box Office (NBO)

The net revenue received from ticket sales and redemptions for the shift selected. This is the Gross Box Office minus any tax incurred on the transactions. Comps are not included in this figure.

Average Ticket Price (ATP)

The average cost of each ticket price in the respective shift. It is calculated by dividing Net Box Office (NBO) by the number of Paid Admits.

% Mix

The percentage that each ticket type admissions account for as a total of all admissions (including comps).

Total Paid

The total paid amount, Net Box Office, average ticket price and % mix for each time zone. These totals exclude unpaid tickets (comps).

Comps

The total number of admits that were complimentary (free).

Total

The total paid amount, Net Box Office, average ticket price and % mix for each time zone, including unpaid tickets (comps).

% of the Day

The percentage that a shift's Paid Admits and NBO accounts for as a total of the days Total Admissions (including comps) and Total NBO.
