This report shows the traffic including comps that passed through the cinema broken down into hourly sessions for each day of the week. It also displays these figures as a percentage of the total date period selected, in the lower table.
This is a useful report to examine when making rosters. This report should be run over the period of a week. The shifts are set by default from 06.00am to 05.59pm and from 06.00pm to 05.59am. These hours can be changed using the Back Office system setting NightShiftStartsAt.

Date Range |
The report can be run over a selected date period and will only display sales data that relates to concessions sold during the selected period. |

Cinema |
For cinema complexes that operate more than one cinema, users have the option of running the report for a single cinema, rather than the entire cinema complex. In this case only sales data for the selected cinema will be calculated and displayed. |
Terms Used

Hourly Analysis |
The hours used for analysis of admits for each weekday. The main times are split up hourly, the less used times are grouped together. |

Day |
The weekdays headings for the Hourly Analysis, Time Zones and Percentages parts of the report. |

Admits |
The number of admits for each hourly analysis period of each day. Total number of admits for each day is displayed at the bottom of the Admits. |

% |
The percentage that the number of admits in the hourly period for the day counts towards the total of the days admissions. |
|
Cum. |
A cumulative total of the hourly periods admits for the day as the time periods increase. A final total is displayed for each day. |

Total |
Total Admits, % and Cumulative numbers are displayed for each hourly period for the entire week. Overall totals for all hours for the entire week are given. |

Time Zones - Day and Night |
Three time zones are displayed for Day and Night shifts. Admits, %, Cum. numbers are displayed for each time zone of each day. Totals of these numbers are displayed for Day and Night individually. |

Total |
The combined totals for Day and Night shift numbers. |
|
Total Weekly |
The overall total Admits, % and Cum. for each time zone for the entire week. Totals for Day and Night over the week are also shown. A final total for the combined Day and Night and weekly total is also displayed. |

Percentages |
Day, Night and combined Day and Night percentages are displayed for each day in the week. This analyses the percentage that each Day or Night shifts contribute to the overall total of the weeks admissions. |

Weekends |
The overall percentage that weekend admits contribute to the total week admissions. |
|
Week Days |
The overall percentage that week day admits contribute to the total week admissions. |
|
Week Nights |
The overall percentage that week night admits contribute to the total week admissions. |
|
Weekly Total |
The overall totals displayed for separate Day and Night shifts as a percentage of the total admits. |
