This report shows all bookings made. A summary is shown for each sales channel detailing sales and booking fees. Some analysis of bookings is also shown, such as the average time elapsed between the booking and the start of the session, and between the time of collection and the session start time.
A number of filters can be applied to look at particular bookings, eg. by sales channel or by film. The user may chose between either a 'Summary' mode, or a 'Detailed' mode to view results. This report does not include sessions which generated no sales within the chosen report period.
Each ticket is shown, and the date/time the transaction was written, value, film and session details as well as what seat number has been allocated. Booking fee details are also shown.

Transaction Number |
The individual transaction number of the sale. |
Transaction Date/Time |
The Date and Time of the individual transaction. |
Item Description |
The description of the individual ticket bookings. For instance, 'Adult Standard Ticket', 'Booking Fee Item' or 'Child Gift Voucher Ticket'. |
Quantity |
The number of items booked. |
Film |
The Film title that booking information is relevant too. |
Credit Card No |
If a Credit Card has been listed under 'Item Description', the number will be recorded here. |
Session Date/Time |
The date and time of the relevant session booking (date before time). |
Expiry |
If a Credit Card has been used in this booking, the Credit Card Expiry Date will be listed here. |
Card Type |
If a Credit Card has been used in this booking, the Card type will be listed here. E.g. VISA. |
Screen |
The Screen Number that this booking has been shown on. |
Workstation |
The Workstation identification number that this booking has been made at. |
Category |
The Area Category of the auditorium. |
Card No. Entry |
The Card No. Entry allowed for this booking. |
Row |
The Row number generated when booking |
Seat |
The Seat number generated when booking. |
Sales Channel |
The Sales Channel that Bookings have taken place through. For instance, this may include POS Bookings, Vista Web, or Call Centre Bookings. A number of numerical figures will be displayed horizontally in reference to each of these sales channels in this table. These numerical figures are based on the data listed in the entire Bookings Report By Sales channel. |
Admits |
The total number of Admits through each Sales Channel. |
Ticket Sales (Percentage Admits) |
The percentage of total Ticket Sales that were made through this particular Sales Channel. |
Ticket Bookings (Percentage Admits) |
The percentage of total Ticket Bookings that were made through this particular Sales Channel. |
Total Tickets Value |
The Total Tickets Value (in monetary terms) of all bookings made through this Sales Channel. |
Total Concessions Quantity |
The Total Quantity of Concessions booked through each Sales Channel. |
Total Concessions Value |
The Total Value of Concessions (in monetary terms) booked through each Sales Channel. |
Total Booking Fees Quantity |
The Total Quantity of Booking Fees generated through each Sales Channel. |
Total Booking Fees Value |
The Total Value of Booking Fees (in monetary terms) generated through each Sales Channel. |
Booking Fee Percentage (Value) |
The Total Percentage of Booking Fees generated through each Sales Channel. |
Total Value |
The Total Value (in monetary terms) of all ticket, concession and booking fees generated by this Sales Channel. |
Average Booking Time Before Session (Hours) |
The average time before a session began that bookings took place, through this Sales Channel. This figure is recorded in Hours. |
Average Collection Time Before Sessions (Minutes) |
The average time before a session began that collection of tickets took place through this Sales Channel. This figure is recorded in Minutes. |
