The Price Card Summary provides information on the number of comps issued, voucher sales made and gross revenue generated in the date period selected. It also reports the number of comps and vouchers redeemed and the gross revenue generated during the date period selected. There is a summary of all ticket sales made and vouchers redeemed including gross revenue.
- This report includes ticket types and vouchers which generated no sales within the chosen date period.
- A separate summary of all voucher sales and redemptions as well as all tickets sold is included.
- There is no direct mathematical relationship between the column "Voucher Sales" and "Ticket Sales & Redemptions" in this report. For example, someone may buy a voucher on Monday but only redeem it on Wednesday. Thus, it will be recorded as a sale on Monday and a redemption on Wednesday.
- Voucher Sales keeps track of the amount of vouchers that were sold and Ticket Sales & Redemptions refers to those that were redeemed during the date period selected. To keep the view of the report succinct, there is one title used per voucher type eg. Child Gift Vouchers refer to both sets of data.
This report is one of three daily box office reports: box office summary, box office receipts summary, and price card summary.
Note: In order for this function to work, it must be set up in Bulk Items.
