This report shows the percentages of ticket sales and voucher redemptions as a percentage of the total available seats in the Auditorium/Screen. It displays percentages for each film's session on each day of the week. A total percentage for the film, the day, the week and the cinema is included. It is designed to be run over the period of a week.
- This report includes all sessions regardless of whether or not sales were generated.
- The total seats available for purchase includes any house seats available.
- Comps are not included in percentages.
- Report is designed to be run over the period of a week.
- Total Cinema Occupancy appears at the top of the report.

The total amount of seats available in the cinema. This amount is the number prior to any seats being purchased or redeemed |

Admits |
The sum of all tickets, comps or vouchers that were either redeemed or purchased on a particular day for a film. |

Gross |
The total amount of gross revenue generated by a film on a particular day. |

Total Box Office Admits |
The combined total of all ticket sales and redemptions for films on a particular day. |

Cumulative Admits |
The total of all ticket sales and redemptions for a particular day added to the next day and the next day etc. The final days total will be the sum of all seven day’s sales and redemptions. |

Total Box Office Amount Gross |
The combined total of all revenue generated by ticket sales and redemptions for films on a particular day. |
|
Cumulative Gross |
The total revenue generated by all ticket sales and redemptions for a particular day added to the next day and the next day etc. The final days total will be the sum of all seven day’s revenue generated. |
