Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range From and Date Range To	Foreign currency transactions that happened during this date range will appear in the report.
Foreign Currency	Transactions for the selected currency will show in the report.

Terms Used

Term	Description
Cinema	The name of the cinema at which the transaction took place.
Registration Number	The foreign currency registration number of the cinema.
User	The name of the operator who performed the transaction.
Workstation	The name of the workstation at which the transaction took place.
Transaction Date	The date on which the transaction occurred.
Transaction Time	The time at which the transaction occurred.
Transaction Number	The transaction's identifying number.
Balance Total	The balance of the receipt, including both foreign and local currency payment types.
FCY Received	The amount of foreign currency received in the transaction.
Exchange Rate	The currency conversion rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
Local Value of FCY	The converted value of the received foreign currency, in the local currency.
Other Payment Received	The sum of all the transaction's other positive Payment Types.
Change Value	All negative cash transactions, including change and cash refunds.
