This report provides a breakdown and comparison of hours worked, labour costs, and admits sold per hour for a specified business day. Actual hours and labour costs calculations factor in all four types of overtime (Daily, Weekly, Consecutive Day, and Reporting Time).

Business Day |
Determines the date range for which labour data is generated and shown in the report. Select the dates in the To and From fields. |
Cinema |
The cinema for which staff time data is generated and shown in the report. Select All to include staff time data from all cinemas at a site. |
Work Area |
The work area for which the hourly labour data is generated and shown in the report. |

Hourly Analysis |
A breakdown of each hour, beginning from the start time on the Business Day selected. Note: The start time of the business day is determined by the system setting STAFFTIME.StaffTimeBusinessDayStart in Back Office. |
Admits |
The number of admits sold in each hour for the date range, cinema, and work area specified. |
Labour Cost |
The cost of labour per hour for the date range, cinema, and work area specified. |
Cost/Admits |
The ratio of Labour Cost to Admits per hour. |
Cumulative Admits |
The total number of admits sold as each hour elapses, calculated by adding together the previous and current hours' Admits. For example: If in the first hour 8 tickets were sold, and in the second hour 10 tickets were sold, the cumulative admits shown against the second hour is 18. |
Cumulative Labour Cost |
The total cost of labour as each hour elapses, calculated by adding together the previous and current hours' Labour Cost. For example: If in the first hour the cost was $105, and in the second hour the cost was $235, the cumulative admits shown against the second hour is $440. |
Cumulative Cost/Admits |
The ratio of Cumulative Labour Cost to Cumulative Admits per hour. |
Time Zone Analysis |
The breakdown of the Business Day into periods (blocks of hours), with the periods grouped into Day and Night categories. |
Rostered Hours |
The number of rostered hours for each Time Zone period. |
Actual Hours |
The number of hours actually worked for each Time Zone period. |
Actual to Rostered Variance |
The ratio of the number of Rostered Hours and the number of Actual Hours for each Time Zone period, expressed as a percentage. |
Cumulative Rostered Hours |
The total number of rostered hours as each hour elapses, calculated by adding together the previous and current hours' Rostered Hours. For example: If in the first hour the manager rostered 20 hours, and in the second hour the manager rostered 35 hours, the cumulative rostered hours shown against the second hour is 55. |
Cumulative Actual Hours |
The total number of actual hours as each hour elapses, calculated by adding together the previous and current hours' Actual Hours. For example: If in the first hour 15 hours were worked, and in the second hour 18 hours were worked, the cumulative actual hours shown against the second hour is 33. |
Cumulative Actual to Rostered Variance |
The ratio of the number of Cumulative Rostered Hours and the number of Cumulative Actual Hours for each Time Zone period, expressed as a percentage. |
