The Items Made in Advance report displays all the items made in advance in the date ranges selected.

The description of the item made in advance. |
HO Code |
An internal code that identifies the item at Head Office level. |
Location |
The location where the item is made. |
Date |
The date the item is made. |

The time the item is made. |
User |
The user that made the item. |
Reference |
Used for internal business processes and derived from the Stock Adjustment form to track and easily identify items made in advance. |
UOM |
The unit that the item is sold in. For example: GRAM, SRV, MLS |
Quantity Made |
The amount of a specific item made in advance. |
Cost Made |
The total cost of making the item. |
Quantity Used |
The quantity if the specific item used when making the item in advance. |
Quantity on Recipe |
The amount of the UOM that should have been used when making the item based on the recipe. |
Cost Used |
The total cost of the components (ingredients) used to make the item. The total Cost Used should be equal to the total Cost Made. |
Yield |
The Quantity Used relative to the Quantity on Recipe. For example: Staff follow a recipe for pre-rolled ice creams. The recipe asks for 100ml of bulk ice cream per pre-rolled ice cream. Staff make 10 pre-rolled ice creams and use 1000ml of bulk ice cream. If staff used 1000ml of bulk ice cream, they have used the correct amount and Yield = 100%. If staff used 1100ml of bulk ice cream then Yield = 90.9% (1000/1100 × 100). |
Totals |
The sums of the specific items made in advance columns. |
Summary |
A summary of all data within the specified date range. |
Totals |
The sum of the Summary columns. |
