Recharge options are applied to multiuse vouchers to determine how many tickets will be added when that multiuse voucher is recharged. After you create a recharge option, you can link it to as many voucher types as you like.

Before you begin

Create an item for any recharge options you plan to create. These items are what your staff interact with when they sell the recharge at POS.

Steps

1. In Voucher Manager, go to Maintenance > Recharge Options.
2. Click Create.
3. Enter a Name for the recharge option.
4. Select the POS item for the recharge option.
5. In the Recharge Redemption Quantities fields, enter the number of tickets and vouchers that are added when a multiuse voucher is recharged with this recharge option.
6. Click Save.

Note: If you create recharge options that are priced differently to the voucher's original sale price, configure your system to use POS pricing instead of Voucher and Gift Card pricing.
