Workstation

Refers to the name of the individual workstation that an operator uses to process transactions e.g. CONC508. This workstation is part of a workstation group- e.g. Concessions. This is set up in Workstation Maintenance.

Prepare Area

The Prepare Area which has been used to manufacture this order will be recorded here, e.g. Kitchen.

Logged On

The exact time that the user has logged onto the aforementioned workstation. This is recorded in ddmmyyy hhmmsss (pm or am) format, e.g. 23/09/2003 11:08:33 p.m.

Logged Off

The exact time that the user has logged off the aforementioned workstation. This is recorded in ddmmyyy hhmmsss (pm or am) format, e.g. 23/09/2003 12:08:33 p.m.

Total Time Logged On (Min)

This is the total number of minutes that a user was logged on for during each work session. An average figure for all of a particular user's sessions is provided underneath individual session analyses.

Average Wait (Sec)

This figure refers to the average time (in seconds) spent waiting on orders during each user's session. An average figure for all of a particular user's sessions is provided underneath individual session analyses.

Average Manuf. (Sec)

This figure refers to the average time (in seconds) spent manufacturing orders during each user's session.

Average Total Time (Sec)

This figure is generated when combining the Average Wait (Sec) number and the Average Manuf. (Sec) figure. Therefore, it refers to the total preparation time for each user's session.

Total Orders

This figure refers to the total number of orders that were placed during the period when this user was logged on.

Total Order Lines

This figure refers to the total number of order lines that were purchased during the period that this user was logged on.

Total Manuf. Time (Min)

This figure refers to the total amount of time (in minutes) that was spent manufacturing during each working period.

% Time Working

This figure refers to the total percentage of time logged on that was spent working/preparing.
