Date Range

The date range that the report will cover.

Location

The location to check for stock adjustments.

Item

Items having stock numbers adjusted will be listed here. They will likely be listed twice, as stock is adjusted from one locale, and placed in another location.

Location

The location that stock is being adjusted 'from' or 'to' is listed here. The transfer 'from' location record should precede the transfer 'to' location record.

User

The user who is responsible for adjustments and transfers to stock will be recorded here.

Quantity

The quantity of stock adjusted (this figure is recorded to four decimal places).

Actual UOM

This is where the actual unit of measurement for each item is recorded. For instance, EA.

Standard Cost

This figure refers to the actual cost of this individual item. For instance, in the report example, a 20 OZ CLEAR CUP is recorded as 3 cents (0.0300).

Value

This figure refers to the actual value of the stock adjustments. This is derived by taking the 'Quantity' figure, and multiplying it by the 'Actual Unit Cost' figure. For instance, in the reports example for 16 OZ Cups, 200 X 0.0270 = 5.40. This figure can be seen as either a negative (-5.40) or a positive (5.40) depending on whether stock is being transferred 'to' or 'from' each location.

Date

This is where the date that stock adjustments that occurred are recorded. Dates are recorded in ddmmyyy format, e.g. 23/07/2006.

Time

This is where the time that stock adjustments that occurred are recorded. Times are recorded in hhmm (am or pm) format, e.g. 11:27PM.

Action

The 'Action' field describes the transfer status of particular items. This field will either state 'Transfer from Location' or 'Transfer to Location'. Items undergoing stock adjustments should feature in both categories.
