The Stock Wastage report shows all stock wastage in the date ranges selected.

Report Prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range	The date range that the report will cover.
Location	The location to check for stock wastage.
Item Class	The specific Item Class which report sections are grouped by.
Item	The item which stock wastage will be reported on.

Terms Used

Term	Description
Item	Items that have had stock wastage will be listed here.
User	The user who is responsible for the stock wastage will be recorded here.
Quantity	The quantity of stock wasted (this figure is recorded to four decimal places).
UOM	The unit of measure of the stock wasted.
Net Cost Each	The cost of an item after the sum of all tax has been deducted.
Total Cost	This figure refers to the actual value of the stock wastage. This is derived by taking the Quantity and multiplying it by Net Cost Each.
Date	This date the stock wastage occurred. Dates are recorded in ddmmyyy format. For example: 23/07/2006.
Time	The time that stock wastage occurred. Times are recorded in hh:mm (am or pm) format. For example: 11:27PM.
Reference	Used for internal business processes and derived from the Stock Adjustment form to track and easily identify items with stock wastage.
Description	Displays the specific reason why stock wastage occurred.
