This report displays stock variances (stocktake count against existing system balance) for closed stocktakes.
This report should be run after a stocktake is completed to show the historical results from prior stocktakes.
It can be run for a longer time period than one stocktake to get a broader view of the stocktake performance at a site. Run over months, this report can provide the total usage/wastage/variance for all stocktakes. It cannot be used for a stocktake before it has been completed.
Note: If a stocktake is in progress for the period of the report, a message will be displayed beneath the report title warning you that variances may change.
