The Stored Value Activity report displays activity for gift cards during the selected time period. Information listed includes card details, the Workstation where the activity took place, the operator, and the amount.
The report is divided into a number of sections, depending on the type of activity.

This section lists transactions representing ticket and concession purchases made using gift cards. Cashback transactions made from the POS Payment screen's Cashback button are also listed here. Purchases are given as negative values. |
Recharge |
This section lists gift card recharge transactions made from the POS Concessions screen. Recharges are given as positive values. |
Stored Value Recharge |
This section lists gift card recharge transactions made from the POS Payment screen's Recharge Gift Card button. Recharges are given as positive values. |
Stored Value Issue |
This section lists gift cards sold from the POS Payment screen's Issue Gift Card button. Issues are given as positive values. |
Card Number |
The card number of the gift card used in the listed transaction. |
Date/Time |
The date and time of the listed transaction. |
Trans/Seq |
The transaction number and sequence. |
Workstation |
The workstation at which the listed transaction was performed. |
Operator |
The operator who performed the listed transaction. |
Value |
The value of the listed transaction. |
Total |
The sum of the transactions in the section. |
