In this report, movies are listed as per the Distributor that they belong to. The report displays the amount of complimentary tickets versus those paid for (including redemptions). Net Box Office Total and Tax are included. These are divided into session times under their designated auditorium. The cumulative film total for comps or paid admissions appears at the end of each film. This report also includes a Distributor total summing all revenue generated by sessions, tickets paid and vouchers redeemed.
- This report does not include bookings which generated no sales within the chosen report period.
- Divided by film’s session time, listed in chronological order.
- If a credit card number is recorded, for customer security, it will be masked on the report with only the first four and last four digits showing.

Choose whether the report contains Film Print level performance data or aggregated performance data by film. Selecting Yes displays each film's print information separately within the report. |

Select the Distributor you wish to generate the report for. Selecting (all) generates a report that includes each Distributor. |

Create a Separate Report for each Distributor |
You may wish to have a new report generated for each Distributor. Checking Create a Separate Report for each Distributor ensures Distributors do not see performance information for films they do not distribute by generating a set of reports. |

Suppress Reports With No Data |
You may wish to suppress reports for Distributors that contain no information. Note: The Suppress Reports With No Data checkbox is only visible when the Create a Separate Report for each Distributor checkbox is checked. When the Suppress Reports With No Data checkbox is checked a report will only be generated if there is valid data for the Distributor. |

Admits (Comps) |
This refers to the total number of admits that were complimentary to each film. |

Admits (Paid) |
This is the amount of tickets that were either redeemed or purchased in the date range selected for each film divided into sessions and auditoriums. These are displayed by film according to the distributors that they belong to. |

Tax |
The combined value of the four tax levels charged to the purchases divided by sessions and auditoriums. |
|
Net Box Office |
The net revenue received from ticket sales and redemptions divided into session times and auditoriums. It is the gross film total minus any tax that has been incurred on the transactions. |

Day Total |
This refers to the total admits, tax and net revenue that has cumulated throughout the day. |
|
Film Total |
This is the sum of all the session’s Comps, Paid, Tax or Net Box Office sales for the date range selected. |
|
Movie Format |
The movie format for the session played. |
