Date Range

The date and time range of report, based on each Film's Session.

Distributor

Select the Distributor you wish to generate the report for.

Selecting (all) generates a report that includes each Distributor.

Create a Separate Report for each Distributor

You may wish to have a new report generated for each Distributor.

Checking Create a Separate Report for each Distributor ensures Distributors do not see performance information for films they do not distribute by generating a set of reports.

Suppress Reports With No Data

You may wish to suppress reports for Distributors that contain no information.

Note: The Suppress Reports With No Data checkbox is only visible when the Create a Separate Report for each Distributor checkbox is checked.

When the Suppress Reports With No Data checkbox is checked a report will only be generated if there is valid data for the Distributor.

Cinema

Select the Cinema you which to generate the report for.

Selecting (all) generates a report that includes each cinema at your site.

Film

Select the Film you wish to generate the report for.

Selecting (all) generates a report that includes each film screening for your Site.

Exclude Complimentary Loyalty Tickets

Choose if Complimentary Ticket sales are reported.

If Yes is selected, Complimentary Ticket sale information will be excluded from the report.

If No is selected, Complimentary Ticket sale information will be included.

Session Date

The date of the ticket's session.

Screen

The screen at which the session played.

Movie Format

The movie format for the session played.

Ticket Price

The price of the ticket type (not the package price).

Admits

The number of admits of this ticket type.

Gross

The gross revenue for this ticket type, excluding Box Office Sundries and other Concession items.

Tax

The tax component of the Gross value.

Net

The non-tax component of the Gross value.

Tickets with Fees

The number of tickets sold as part of a ticket package that includes Box Office Sundry items.

Fee Adjustment

The unit price (including tax) of any Box Office Sundry item sold with this ticket type as part of a ticket package.

Net with Fees

The non-tax component of the Gross revenue, plus the price of any Box Office Sundry items sold with this ticket type as part of a ticket package.
