This report provides information about the ticket types purchased and redeemed to a film according to which distributor they belong to. The admissions are divided into session times. The total number of ticket type purchases and redemptions for each film (excluding comps) are included. All four types of taxes are in the report. Total taxes, Admits and Gross Revenue are summed and appear at the bottom of the report.
- This report does not include sessions which generated no sales within the chosen report period.
- Page breaks occur when film, distributor or auditorium changes.
- Has a distributor total per day for comps vs. paid/redemption, tax and net box office.
- Distributor's fax number can be programmed to appear on the report for convenience.

This is the sum of all admissions to all screenings by ticket type for a film. |

Total Gross |
This is the gross revenue from ticket sales and redemptions to the session of the film. The Total Gross is the sum of all the screening’s and ticket type’s gross revenue. |

This is the sum of all admissions by session times, the total amount of admissions to the film and the total gross revenue that was generated |

Calculation of Taxes |
This displays the four different types of taxes available and the amount that the ticket sales and redemptions generated. The boxes display the four tax schemes. |

Amount |
This is the calculated amount of tax for each of the boxes. |
|
Film Rental Calculation |
This is the total amount of tax that the film has generated from ticket sales and redemptions. It displays the tax as well as the net amount. |
|
Total Admits |
This is the total amount of admissions to the film within the selected date period in the auditorium by either ticket sales or redemptions. |
