This distributor’s films are documented individually including the seating capacity in each of the auditoriums divided into sessions. A weekly breakdown of admissions (ticket sales and redemptions) for each session per day is provided. Attendance and revenue generated are summed for each day respectively. Additionally, a summary of the combined totals for all the Distributor's films are included. Box Office Admissions and gross revenue generated appear individually as well as cumulatively for the week in the date period selected.
- This report includes sessions which generated no sales within the chosen report period.
- Page breaks occur when distributor changes.
- A summary of each Distributor’s total box office admissions as well as the revenue generated from all of their films is included.
- Monetary amounts are rounded down to the nearest unit to accommodate report space restrictions.
- Distributors fax number can be programmed to appear on the report for convenience.

Create a Separate Report for each Distributor |
You may wish to have a new report generated for each Distributor. Checking Create a Separate Report for each Distributor ensures Distributors do not see performance information for films they do not distribute by generating a set of reports. |

Suppress Reports With No Data |
You may wish to suppress reports for Distributors that contain no information. Note: The Suppress Reports With No Data checkbox is only visible when the Create a Separate Report for each Distributor checkbox is checked. When the Suppress Reports With No Data checkbox is checked a report will only be generated if there is valid data for the Distributor. |

The total amount of gross revenue generated by a film on a particular day. |

Total Box Office Admits |
The combined total of all ticket sales and redemptions for the distributor’s films on a particular day. |

Cumulative Admits |
The total of all ticket sales and redemptions for a particular day added to the next day and the next day etc. The final days total will be the sum of all seven day’s sales and redemptions. |

Total Box Office Amount Gross |
The combined total of all revenue generated by ticket sales and redemptions for the distributor’s films on a particular day. |

Cumulative Gross |
The total revenue generated by all ticket sales and redemptions for a particular day added to the next day and the next day etc. The final days total will be the sum of all seven day’s revenue generated. |
