Location checks report

The Location Checks report displays location checks that were performed and/or requested in the date range selected. This is a useful report to run at the end of a shift, and when filtered to a single user could be printed and signed by that staff member as part of a review.

Report prompts

Prompt	Description
Date Range	Select the date range for which to show data.
User	Filter the report to display location checks by a particular user, or select (all) to display location checks by all users.
Show	Display location checks performed, location check requests, or both.
