This report displays a list of trailers and advertisements for each film, for a particular planning week. Trailers and advertisements from the previous week can optionally also be shown. This is a useful report for anyone in charge of scheduling pre-show content.
Report Prompts

Planning Week Start |
The start date of the planning week. |

Trailer Group |
Filter the report to only show data from a specific Trailer Group, or select (all) to show data from all Trailer Groups. |

Show previous week's Trailers |
Select Yes to display trailers from the previous week in the report. If this is selected. Dropped trailers will be underlined and new trailers will be shown in bold. |
Terms Used

Film |
The Film Code, title, print number, distributor and censor rating of each film are shown, with that film's scheduled pre-show content grouped beneath it. |

Previous Week |
Lists the previous week's pre-show content scheduled for the film. Advertisements or trailers that have been dropped since the previous week are underlined. |

Selected Week |
Lists the selected week's pre-show content scheduled for this film. Advertisements or trailers that are new this week are shown in bold. |
|
Type |
Indicates whether the content is a trailer or an advertisement, as specified by the Type in Trailer maintenance. |
|
Distributor |
The Distributor of the corresponding Film. |
|
Format |
The movie format of the trailer or advertisement. |
|
Rating |
The censor rating of the trailer or advertisement. |
|
Duration |
The duration of the trailer or advertisement. |
