The ability to dispatch funds is enabled by the Allow Fund Dispatch option on the Fund Location. Any funds that you intend to dispatch to the bank need to belong to a fund location with this option enabled. It is good practice to ensure that you don't include funds that you don't want to dispatch in fund locations that have Allow Fund Dispatch selected, to prevent them being dispatched in error.
Funds that do not require counting (such as those for electronic transactions) can be configured to automatically dispatch when the day is closed by selecting the option Dispatch on Close Day on the fund.
In addition, the following system settings affect the dispatch process for all funds.
