There are a number of checks and actions performed when closing the day in CashDesk. Some, like whether a Fund should be counted or checked to determine whether it is empty, are fund-specific and are configured on individual funds. However, there are others that are universal and these are configured using system settings.

If set to Error, the day will not be able to be closed until the negative inventory balances have been resolved. |

The Fund Balance must match the value set within Head Office. If No is selected, the Fund Balance check will not be enforced during the End of Day system integrity checks. |
